  • Our overhead cranes allow us to handle finish components up to 3 tonnes.
  • We also offer stocking programs to assist our customers for quality machined parts at competitive prices. 
  • We work with almost all machinable material like carbon steels, tool steels, stainless steels, aluminum, titanium, brass, copper, bronze, plastics, and graphite. We stock many of these materials and anything not stocked can be sourced within a few days to a week. 
  • We offer secondary processes such as heat treatment, chroming, anodizing, galvanizing, powder coating and more.

UME provides 2D CAD drafting services and 3D modeling services. Customer's original drawings and actual machine parts are drafted into AutoCAD, Fusion 360, Solidworks, Inventor and Catia. We create dimensionally accurate, full-scale, layered CAD files for each part submitted.                                                                                                                                      

All you need to do is provide soft copies, hard copies or actual part samples. Next select your preferred turnaround option (1, 3, 5, or 10 days, or 4-6 weeks) and your choice of CAD software: AutoCAD DWG (versions 14 through 2018), Fusion 360, Solidworks (2010 through 2019) Inventor (2015 through 2019), Catia.

  • Write Non-Conforming Materials Reports when required and be familiar with the process of quarantining products that have been rejected by QA
