Our trained and competent professionals will support you with:

Developing inspection reports for first articles. Initiate reject tags, discrepancy reports and inspection reports in accordance with company approved plans and procedures

Performs inspection of all raw material, packaging, components as per the documented requirements

Reads and interprets prints and manufacturing work instructions

Auditing of product during run and final inspection of product before leaving the facility

Maintain a quality inspection information system. Completes accurate QC records (on paper and electronic data) in order to provide excellent results and feedback. These records include inspection reports, continuous improvement initiatives, and corrective action reports.

Write Non-Conforming Materials Reports when required and be familiar with the process of quarantining products that have been rejected by QA
