UME provides Custom Machining and CNC Production Machining using an array of precision equipment.

We machine parts at highest precision and at highest quality standards. Our overall capability of holding tolerances is up to +/- 13 ,microns (0.0005″)

Our capacities for turning are up to 1.35 m (53.15″) diameter or 3.05 m long and for milling up to 1.2 m x 0.6 m x 0.4 m (47.25″ x 23.62″ x 15.75″) machining envelope.

Our overhead cranes allow us to handle finish components up to 3 tonnes.

We also offer stocking programs to assist our customers for quality machined parts at competitive prices.

We work with almost all machinable material like carbon steels, tool steels, stainless steels, aluminum, titanium, brass, copper, bronze, plastics, and graphite. We stock many of these materials and anything not stocked can be sourced within a few days to a week.

We offer secondary processes such as heat treatment, chroming, anodizing, galvanizing, powder coating and more.
